FringeArts is Philadelphia’s home for contemporary performance, presenting progressive, world-class art that expands the imagination and boldly defies expectations. The Financial Arts Management Intern will work with the Finance Director and the Finance Associate on the daily bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative needs of the organization.

Reporting to the Co-Executive Directors, the Development and Community Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in supporting fundraising efforts, enhancing member communications, managing organizational assets, and engaging the CultureWorks community. This role requires exceptional communication skills and warm customer service, along with active participation in policy updates, nonprofit compliance, and relationship-building with donors and community members.

Primary Function: Handles the setup, breakdown and operation of audio, video, and lighting equipment at the Barnes Foundation used for live and virtual art lectures, musical performances and client events including corporate retreats and weddings. Ensures that complete customer satisfaction is achieved and is accountable for all inventory before, during and after each event.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Associate Director of Marketing & Communications is a vital member of the marketing team overseeing the Penn Live Arts website, advertising initiatives, blog and promotional outreach. The associate director also provides key support in print and web material production, public relations, social media and overall department operations.

PECO is seeking panelists to read and deliberate on grant applications for its 2024 grants program, PECO Powering the Arts.  Now, in its third year, this annual grant opportunity helps community-based arts and non-arts groups with funds for projects geared towards attracting new and diverse audiences by reducing barriers to their participation. PECO recognizes those arts organizations that seek to create equitable access to the arts through arts education, engagement, and participation-- all essential elements of enhancing the quality of our lives and communities.

The Box Office Supervisor is a part-time position (approximately 15-30 hours per week) and is responsible for providing excellent customer service and fostering a professional atmosphere within the Box Office. The position will be required to manage the box office during show times on a rotational basis.

The Executive Director (ED) will partner with Founding Artistic Director John Jarboe, The Bearded Ladies staff, Associate Artists, and the larger community in shaping the next phase of The Bearded Ladies Cabaret. They will lead The Bearded Ladies in community building, resource development and allocation, and strategic planning. The ED will manage staff and facilities, and partner with the Artistic Director on program strategy and the long-term growth of the organization.
