WXPN, the public media service of the University of Pennsylvania, seeks a self-motivated Sales Representative to generate and cultivate sponsorship for our Business Support team.

Under the direction of the Director of Sponsorship, they will design and implement sales efforts targeting potential business sponsors for local programming, events, digital assets, and prospect for new business. They will manage current accounts to ensure timely collection and to increase renewal revenue. Work with other station departments including marketing, events and programming as necessary. Attend staff meetings, industry conferences when appropriate, and networking events. Perform other work as needed, including compiling personal weekly sales reports, activity reports, and working with the traffic department to ensure the campaigns are accurate and that sponsorship announcements are written, approved, scheduled, and run appropriately.

The Front-of-House Manager is responsible for the management and day-to-day activities of the Colonial Theatre. These duties include (but not limited to) motion picture presentation, staff and volunteer management, public relations, theatre maintenance, money handling/security and record keeping. This person should be customer-service oriented, hard- working and detail-orientated. The Front of House Manager can expect to regularly move items up to 35 lbs. and frequently ascend and descend ladders and stairs.  

The Marketing Coordinator, in consultation with the Marketing Manager, designs, develops, coordinates, and disseminates engaging content that aligns with ACT’s mission and brand for print, digital, and social media platforms. This is a part-time, non-exempt position, averaging 20 hours/ week. The Coordinator position is available fully onsite or as a hybrid of onsite and remote, with an expectation of being onsite for programming, meetings, and select events.
