This individual will be a seasoned, mission-driven leader with a deep commitment to community, public space stewardship, and collaborative partnerships. The Executive Director will be responsible for guiding FOW’s strategic direction and overseeing its daily operations, programs, partnerships, staff, and volunteers, and ensuring the organization remains financially sustainable, programmatically effective, and aligned with its mission to preserve the Wissahickon Valley.

Responsibilities:

The OBIE Award-winning Pig Iron Theatre Company seeks a Production Manager to lead the execution of Pig Iron’s artistic programming. Pig Iron is an incubator and producer of experimental performance work and also runs a 2.5-year MFA program in devised theater, in partnership with Rowan University. Pig Iron produces approximately one world premiere per year and has been presented nationally and internationally. Prior experience in performing arts production is preferred. 

Position Overview:

Oversees cultivation and stewardship engagement strategies for major donors and corporate donors, including events and communications.  Coordinates the annual Preview Party.  Responsible for a new PHS travel program for individual donors.  Serves as point person for bespoke events, meetings, and other requests for major donors, corporate donors, and institutional funders.

Studio Incamminati, School for Contemporary Realist Art, is a higher education institution offering traditional art training in painting, drawing, and sculpture for today’s artists and creatives. Located in the Bok Building in South Philadelphia, Studio Incamminati (SI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that offers workshops, night classes and drop-in classes, as well as educational partnerships and outreach programs. SI seeks a proactive, detail-oriented, and personable Office Administrator to support our vibrant arts community. As a first point of contact for students, faculty, visiting artists, and guests, you will contribute to fostering a collaborative and creative environment. This position is key to ensuring the efficient operation of the school and supporting academic and programmatic initiatives.

The Deputy Director is the head of the programs department and manages the grantmaking initiatives at the Foundation. The Deputy Director (DD) reports to the Executive Director (ED); supervises the Program Assistant and Residency Coordinator; and works collaboratively with other staff, board, consultants, and volunteers. They work closely with the Executive Director (ED) and serve as a thought partner for the ED and other colleagues in the organization regarding strategic design and implementation strategies to achieve the Foundation’s goals.

The Gifts Officer (GO) will join a talented fundraising team and will be primarily responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-level ($2,500-9,999) and major ($10,000+) individual and corporate donors and prospects. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Gifts Officer is responsible for cultivating, stewarding, and securing mid-level, major, and planned gifts while expanding the donor pipeline.

The Communications & Digital Content Specialist manages the Center’s principal communications outlets, coordinates and contributes to the development of multimedia content, reviews analytics and tracks performance across online platforms, and advises the CCO on ways to strengthen brand awareness, audience reach, and engagement with content.
