POSITION: Director of Leadership and Planned Giving

REPORTS TO: Director of Development

The Director of Development is charged with raising all contributed income for Symphony in C.  The Director of Development is responsible for directing and implementing an annual comprehensive plan to meet all fund-raising goals of the Symphony from individuals, corporations, foundations and government agencies, and to communicate both the plan and the progress in achieving the goals established to the board of directors on a regular basis.

Salary Range:$50,000.00 To 60,000.00 Annually

Founded in 1827, PHS is an internationally recognized not-for-profit that uses horticulture to advance the health and well-being of the Greater Philadelphia region. PHS’s major programs include the award-winning Philadelphia Flower Show, on-the-ground Healthy Neighborhoods greening efforts in more than 250 neighborhoods, a network of more than 20 Public Gardens and Landscapes, and diverse content and experiences for Members and Home Gardeners.   

Reporting to the Chair of the MLSN Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership, management, programmatic quality, budget oversight, and economic viability of MLSN. All other staff members report to the Executive Director.

STRATEGY and PLANNING

Working with the Board and staff, the Executive Director leads long-range visioning and strategic planning efforts. The Director is responsible for setting MLSN’s operational plans and reviewing the organization’s progress against plans. 

PROGRAMMING

Woodmere Art Museum is a dynamic, growing museum dedicated to the artists of Philadelphia. The Associate Curator will bring vision to the Museum's creative program, participating in all aspects of implementing exhibitions and installations of the collection. Woodmere's program strives to be relevant to current interests and civic dialogues, embracing inclusivity on all levels. Key responsibilities include:

TILT Institute for the Contemporary Image is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Development Director.  The Development Director will work in collaboration with the CEO to establish and achieve fundraising goals for the programming and general operating needs of TILT.
