The Marketing & Communications Director (“Director”) will develop strategies and content to support increased engagement with the PYO Music Institute among all audiences. The Director will be responsible for various tasks across departments, including audience development, recruitment, communications, maintaining relationships with press/media outlets on behalf of the organization, community outreach, content curation, storytelling, and other institutional initiatives. The Director will increase the institution’s visibility among students, parents, audiences, and donors by analyzing industry trends and implementing effective and current strategies.
