Kennedy Center Arts Management Institute Information Session
The Kennedy Center Arts Management Institute, KCAMI Fellowship alumna Kim Cook, and the Philadelphia Office of Nonprofit Finance Fund invite you to an informative session about the 2010-2011 Arts Management Fellowship program. The Kennedy Center Arts Management Institute Fellowship provides a unique opportunity for 10 mid-career arts managers to receive academic training and practical work experience at the Kennedy Center. Fellows study with senior staff in weekly seminars (strategic planning, development, finance, and marketing), and complement that study with practical work rotations in three departments.
The full-time program begins in September 2010 and runs through May 2011. A $20,000 stipend and health insurance reimbursement are provided.
Alumni of the program have gone on to leadership roles at:
- Mark Morris Dance Group
- The Juilliard School
- The Academy of Arts (Cairo, Egypt)
- London Philharmonic Orchestra
- Nonprofit Finance Fund
- San Francisco Ballet
- Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts
- Arts Theatre in Education (Lahore, Pakistan)
- The Middle East International Film Festival (Abu Dhabi)
