Grounds For Sculpture is seeking part-time, (average of 25 hours per week) Visitor Assistants for our Guest Services Department. The Visitor Assistant reports directly to the Managers of Guest Services.  The Visitor Assistant, Guest Services is responsible for the daily GFS operational procedures and assisting visitors. Their primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, selling tickets, enforcing security and safety guidelines and distributing information.

Grounds For Sculpture is seeking a full time Senior Visitor Assistant to join our team. The Senior Visitor Assistant reports directly to the Manager of Guest Services and is responsible for daily Guest Services operational tasks, assisting visitors and providing excellent customer service, working on administrative tasks, training new Guest Service staff  and assisting with events held at GFS.  

Fleisher Art Memorial is seeking a full-time Visitor Services Coordinator to work 35 hours a week to support students, faculty members and visitors at our lobby entrance desks. The Visitor Services Manager serves as a friendly and professional ambassador for Fleisher, exemplifying qualities of reliability, quality customer service, organization, and efficiency to ensure that visitor’s needs are met with promptness and grace. This position has been recently updated to communicate Fleisher’s Community Health guidelines before allowing students and visitors to enter our building.

The Museum Store Manager will ensure, either by their own actions or those of store employees/volunteers, a positive, knowledgeable and welcoming customer experience for Museum visitors.  The Museum Store Manager creates and implements merchandising strategies that complement the mission and programs of the Independence Seaport Museum and proactively supporting the shop’s daily operations. This position plays an integral role in achieving stores sales targets and meeting budgetary goals.
