Philadelphia Regional Arts Consortium

The Philadelphia Regional Arts Consortium, a Pennsylvania non-profit 501c3 seeks a full-time, 100% remote, Tessitura Specialist to join our Consortium IT staff, supporting a growing network of 19 member organizations on the East Coast from Maine to Florida. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Tessitura Specialist is one of a four-member technical team.

 

Purpose of the job: To Provide Tessitura application support for 200+ users and 19 organizations as a part of support team to provide professional services, daily support ticket triage, resolution and documentation, ongoing skill development, and optimization of member's Tessitura usage.

 

 

Primary duties include but not limited to:

 

  • Provide Retainer based professional services to members; work alongside member organization to accomplish day-to-day tasks and progress towards long term goals
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to PRAC members
  • Guide member to optimize their use of Technology and Tessitura to maximize revenue and efficiency
  • Write and maintain documentation and manage community knowledgebase
  • Assist in training during implementation of new organizations
  • Execute additional Extended Service projects as needed
  • Manage projects related to implementation of training initiatives,

documentation systems, user community sites, custom functionality and other projects as assigned

  • Participate in various committees – Operations, Project Team, Strategic Planning
  • Experience with Tessitura ecosystem partners integrations (i.e. email marketing, wealth screening, marketing automation, etc)
