The Finance Director leads all financial activities of the Museum. Position Overview

Settlement is looking for a part-time Student Services Assistant at our Mary Louise Curtis Branch. The Student Services Assistant is the first to greet our students, families, and teachers, and must provide exemplary customer service. They also help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring the entrance doors, directing visitors to appropriate areas of the branch, maintaining guest logs, and notifying appropriate staff or teachers of arrivals, student absences, etc. Further, they maintain a working knowledge of all branch offerings and programs, and answers questions in a prompt and courteous manner. Other duties include general office administration, such as taking payments from students and data entry as well as calendar management for branch leadership.

Temporary Museum Learning Educators execute multi-faceted educational programs, experiences, and events in the Museum, and offsite with activities for young children, their families, and group, including nontraditional museum audiences and/or underserved populations.   Temporary Educators implement programs in the visual and performing arts, STEM, history, social-emotional learning, and early childhood education in a variety of exhibits and studio spaces. Temporary Educators will lead daily programming, facilitate exhibit experiences, and provide excellent customer service.

The Assistant Manager, Group Sales will be responsible for maintaining and generating school, youth, camp, affinity, corporate, adult, and tour and travel group experiences at the Museum.  This position will act as a representative of the Museum to these groups and support the Museums commitment to provide excellent customer service and operational support to deliver outstanding Museum experiences.
