Development and Studio Administrator

The Development and Studio Administrator will work closely with and report to the Director of Development and the Associate Director. This integral role supports InLiquid's fundraising efforts with individuals, foundations, corporations, and government entities to advance the organization's mission. The role is full-time, in-person days and occasional evening and weekend event attendance.

Studio School Front Desk Associate & Registrar 

Job Type: Part-time, Paid

The Abington Art Center seeks a charismatic person to assist at the Studio School front desk. The person will need to be adaptable and good at problem solving. An artistic background is preferred but not required. Candidate must be an ambassador for Abington Art Center and able to become familiar with our organizational offerings. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, technological proficiency and familiarity with databases. The Studio School Registrar will work 20 hours per week, times to be determined based on prospective employee schedule.

Reporting to the Chair of the MLSN Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership, management, programmatic quality, budget oversight, and economic viability of MLSN. All other staff members report to the Executive Director.

STRATEGY and PLANNING

Working with the Board and staff, the Executive Director leads long-range visioning and strategic planning efforts. The Director is responsible for setting MLSN’s operational plans and reviewing the organization’s progress against plans. 

PROGRAMMING

PECO is seeking panelists to read and deliberate on grant applications for its 2024 grants program, PECO Powering the Arts.  Now, in its third year, this annual grant opportunity helps community-based arts and non-arts groups with funds for projects geared towards attracting new and diverse audiences by reducing barriers to their participation. PECO recognizes those arts organizations that seek to create equitable access to the arts through arts education, engagement, and participation-- all essential elements of enhancing the quality of our lives and communities.

The Abington Art Center seeks an energetic manager to oversee the operation of our summer art camps and handle the daily needs of camp instructors and students. The Manager will need to be organized and good with children ages 4-16. An art background with understanding of arts materials and syllabi/projects is preferred.

The Camp Manager will work 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-1:30 pm.  Camp dates are: June 22-August 28. In addition, the Camp Manager will be required to schedule a training week in June before camp begins. Pay $16-$18/hour.
 

Graphic Design and Marketing Associate

Part-time – 20 hours per week
