The Loading Dock and Security Assistant is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the receiving, storage, and distribution of mail & package deliveries for the Museum. Ensuring a smooth and consistent operation. Packages and supplies need to be distributed to the proper departments in an effective and efficient manner. The assistant is responsible for all sorting, delivery and pick up internal and external mail and packages and handles the processing of outgoing mail postage. Additional responsibilities include maintenance and operation of the postage meter as well as assistance with security functions within the loading dock area.

Responsibilities include the safekeeping and monitoring of visitors, staff, building, exhibits, parking, and grounds.  Ensure that visitors have a safe, enjoyable experience.

The West Philadelphia Cultural Alliance (WPCA), which operates the Paul Robeson House & Museum, is primed for growth, and seeks its first paid full-time Executive Director to guide programs, engage the community and build a sustainable base of support. The West Philadelphia Cultural Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

JOB SUMMARY

The Friends of Laurel Hill & West Laurel Hill Cemeteries has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Director. The Friends group, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is dedicated to preserving, protecting, and promoting the visual and historic character of Laurel Hill and West Laurel Hill Cemeteries.  The Friends produces educational, recreational and entertainment programming at both sites and raises money for preservation, operations, and special project support.

The Wharton Esherick Museum (Malvern, PA) is currently seeking a Weekend Visitor Experience Coordinator to oversee our Visitor Center and be the public face of our tour program on Saturdays and Sundays. The Visitor Center is inside an iconic Wharton Esherick building which includes a small gift shop and exhibition space. Please note that this is a 10 month position from March to December – the Museum is closed to the public in January and February.
