The primary focus of the Visitor Relations Representative is to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors. They are the main point of interaction for visitors and play an important role in shaping visitor experience by greeting visitors, selling tickets, and answering questions. They help keep the Magic Gardens Museum in good order and protect the site by encouraging all visitors to respect PMG policies.

The Pharmacy Museum Research Assistant supports the Marvin Samson Museum for the History of Pharmacy’s mission by conducting historical research, researching and cataloging the collection, assisting with exhibit development, and contributing to educational programming related to pharmacy history and practice. This role combines elements of museum work, pharmaceutical knowledge, historical research and scholarly work.

This position offers a unique opportunity to combine with historical research in a museum setting, contributing to the preservation and interpretation of pharmacy history for public education and engagement.

This is a part-time position at about 20 hours/week. This position is effective for a one year term.

PECO is seeking panelists to read and deliberate on grant applications for its 2024 grants program, PECO Powering the Arts.  Now, in its third year, this annual grant opportunity helps community-based arts and non-arts groups with funds for projects geared towards attracting new and diverse audiences by reducing barriers to their participation. The Manager of Interpretation and Engagement is responsible for managing all of Wyck’s public programs, including History Hunters, public festivals, tour groups, and open hours.  The position includes adherence to Wyck’s interpretive mission, staff and volunteer coordination for programs, and evaluation.  The Manager of Interpretation and Engagement will attend meetings of the Collections Committee, Development Committee, Membership & Visitation Committee, and Young Friends of Wyck.

The Manager of Interpretation and Engagement will also work with the Executive Director, Development Committee, and other staff and volunteers to implement various aspects of Wyck’s annual fundraising efforts.

Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site (ESPHS) seeks outgoing, engaging and passionate people for the position of Night Tours Educator. This position greets and directs visitors and supports hands-on programming that encourages reflection on the penitentiary's history and legacy of criminal justice reform. Activities and tours aim to prompt conversation on issues of justice today.

The Box Office & Call Center Supervisor works with the Box Office and Call Center Manager to implement Barnes policies and procedures, ensure a high quality, consistent visitor experience, and maintain a team-oriented environment that reflects the Foundation’s educational mission and core values.

The Assistant, Strategy & Development is a key contributor to the National Constitution Center’s mission and strategic goals. This position is the perfect fit for an individual looking for exposure to the full range of fundraising and development operations and best practices, working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Strategy & Development, and who desires to join a small, high-tempo team, with opportunities for great growth potential. This position will help ensure that the strategy and development team is creating, cultivating, and sustaining key donor and prospect relationships, developing long-term strategies and fundraising pitches, and executing against other critical projects. 
The Assistant, Strategy & Development plays a key role in the cultivation, strategy, and administrative duties related to the Center’s highest dollar donors (members of the President’s Council), as well as foundation and corporate donors and prospects, and assisting as needed with our membership program. Areas of responsibility include donor management and cultivation via drafting donor communications, conducting donor and prospect research, and preparing background briefings for meetings; management of internal tracking systems and ensuring the quality of donor and prospect data in the Center’s database and marketing systems; logistical and administrative duties; and other projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate is strongly committed to the NCC’s nonpartisan mission and is motivated by our important task ahead. We welcome candidates who have recently obtained their bachelor’s degree or who are graduating in December 2022, as well as candidates with a couple of years of experience in nonprofit development and fundraising. The individual in this position must be able to exercise discretion on sensitive matters, be well organized, detail-oriented, have strong written and verbal communication skills and great time management, and be able to execute projects and tasks with minimal supervision
