The Program Operations Manager is a central operational role within Fleisher’s Education Department, ensuring the smooth daily delivery of classes, events, and student-facing services. Managing the Visitor Services team and supporting faculty, students, and models, this role coordinates the key logistical, administrative, and customer service functions that keep Fleisher’s programs running effectively. Serving as a primary point of contact for operational needs, the Program Operations Manager oversees scheduling, studio and classroom readiness, supply inventory, model coordination, front desk operations, and cross-department communication.
