About the role:

In partnership with the Executive Artistic Director, the Director of Development and Marketing (DODAM) will be tasked with the development and marketing implementation for the Montgomery Theater, located in Souderton, PA. Development responsibilities include management of individual giving campaigns, corporate giving, grant writing, and special fundraising events. Marketing responsibilities include strategizing and implementing email campaigns, social media, print materials, managing special offers, and additional advertising as needed. 

The Volunteer and Development Events Associate provides an essential function to Heritage Conservancy by interacting with the community and nurturing connections through premiere fundraising events as well as immersive, mission-related, volunteer activities. This position will coordinate Heritage Conservancy volunteer programs, working with the Development Team and across departments. This role will also play an essential role in seasonal fundraising events.

Role Overview:

The Advancement Development Manager will oversee the operations of the Advancement Office, ensuring smooth, timely, and organized management of donor processes, special events, and departmental projects. This role will support the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO), Fund for Girard College board activities, and the overall growth of fundraising efforts at Girard College. The Advancement Development Manager reports to the Chief Advancement Officer.

Arden Professional Apprentice 

The Arden is seeking Arden Professional Apprentices (APAs) for the 2025/26 season. The Arden Professional Apprentice Program’s philosophy is to provide a comprehensive knowledge of the inner workings of a nonprofit regional theatre. It is designed to foster future theatre leaders. The program provides apprentices with a comprehensive knowledge of the inner workings of a nonprofit regional theatre through work in EVERY aspect of operations. Apprentices will not be assigned to a specific position or department but will be immersed in ALL departments. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

The Development & Communications Manager will play a key role in supporting SAADA’s fundraising efforts and implementing and overseeing our communications activities.

The Development Intern provides critical support for the Development team, including but not limited to donor services, special events, donor relations, membership, and assistance with other solicitations during the Mann’s summer concert season.
