The Operations Manager at the LEDC oversees Utility Works (a co-working and maker facility), manages external communications, handles accounts payable/receivable, and provides general support to the Executive Director. This role requires energy, attention to detail, community orientation, and a good sense of humor when working with the public.

Reporting to the Production & Facilities Manager, the Production & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the management, coordination, and supervision of all events at the Iron Gate Theatre.

This role is part of the Penn Live Arts Production Department and will work most often at the Iron Gate Theater, but could be called on, as needed, to work in other Penn Live Arts venues. This role will be required to work autonomously at times, under the direction of the Production & Facilities Manager.

The OBIE Award-winning Pig Iron Theatre Company seeks a Production Manager to lead the execution of Pig Iron’s artistic programming. Walnut Street Theatre is seeking applicants for the IATSE 799 position of Wig and Makeup Coordinator for their upcoming 2025-2026 season. The Wig and Makeup Coordinator manages the wig and make-up needs for all WST productions, manages the wigs crew, and supports the wardrobe team for all mainstage performances. Duties include maintaining all wig and make-up supplies, coordinating with designers, and applying wigs and make-up during performances.
