The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for assisting FringeArts’ Director of Production
and other Production and Front of House staff with ensuring smooth operations for shows
presented by FringeArts on and off site. The Assistant Production Manager works closely with
all production team members and reports directly to FringeArts’ Director of Production.

Working within the Registrar’s Office, the Media Preparation Specialist is an important team member, responsible for collections care, including item-level check-ins and media preparation. This position offers the right candidate a unique opportunity to be immersed in a resource-rich environment at a fast-growing company. The position is first shift, 8am-4pm, M-F, 40/hrs week. The Porch Light Department at Mural Arts Philadelphia is pleased to announce a public art opportunity for a professional artist to create murals for the Riverview Wellness Village Meeting House. Located at 7979 State Road, Philadelphia, PA, this initiative will feature murals in the entry corridor and potentially an exterior entrance space of the facility.

The artist will be expected to engage the community, design, and implement murals that reflect the mission and values of the Riverview Wellness Village. The total budget for the mural project, inclusive of artist fee, assistant artists, materials, and labor, is $36,500. The project is scheduled to be completed by late Fall 2025.

Job Reports to: Artistic Director 

The Technical Director coordinates all main stage and educational productions and events for Quintessence Theatre.  This position will be responsible for scheduling work calls, ordering supplies, and coordinating various production departments. This position hires the technical crew and works with the management team to make sure the technical elements of a show are completed safely, on time, and on budget. Night and weekend work is required during production periods.
