Funperks: A Community Loyalty Program for Arts & Culture

Funperks is a community rewards platform that allows arts & culture patrons to earn points for engaging with the multitude of events, performances, and exhibits in Greater Philadelphia. Patrons earn Funperks points for their social engagement and frequent ticket purchases via Phillyfunguide and Funsavers, and can use them to redeem amazing PERKS!

The pilot program of Funperks has been a great learning experience and as we dive into the world of of loyalty. We are expanding Funperks participation to more organizations and even more consumers!

Points for all Funsavers events!

We will be offering points to all Funsavers events! This will increase the consumer participation in Funperks because there will be more opportunities to earn points!

PERKS Partners

Perks partners are organizations that participate in Funperks in a deeper way by providing the Perks our consumers want to win, and for their generosity they get perks too!

PERKS Partner PERKS!

As a PERKS Partner, you will receive:

  • Promote your events & exhibits with Funperks Social Incentives!

    • Perks users can receive points for sharing your events to their social networks on Facebook & Twitter.

    • Reach new audiences and receive consumer data on the users who share your events.

    • Provide unique messages and hashtags to be used with Twitter shares.

  • Track attendance to free events!

    • With the InVenue App you can track who is attending your FREE events. 

    • Promote the Event on Phillyfunguide and offer points for attending.

  • Scan users’ digital cards at the door and receive a list of attendees so you can contact them again and again. 
  • Preferred Placement in Funsavers emails and Phillyfunguide Editorial

    • Have preferred placement in Funsavers emails.

    • Be included in more Phillyfunguide Editorials

  • Longer lead time for Funsavers offers!

    • Sell Funsavers, 2, 3, or more weeks in advance.

  • Special Discounts on Phillyfunguide, Funsavers, and Funperks advertising.

PERKS Partner Participation Guidelines

  • Provide 1 Unique Experience Perk

    • Premium seats to your most popular shows or special events. 

    • Private Tours with with special touches, like dinner or a wine testing.

    • Access to events that would usually be exclusive to top donors.

    • Use your imagination and offer something that will make audience want to join Funperks for the chance to win your Unique Experience Perk. 

  • Provide a minimum of 5 pairs of tickets to shows, special exhibits, special programs in your season.

PERKS Partner PLUS!

Organizations that spend at least $1,000 in advertising on Phillyfunguide and Funsavers get additional perks!

  • Sell Full Price Tickets with points on Phillyfunguide.

  • TOP placement in Funsavers emails!

  • Discount on Dedicated Emails to the Funsavers subscribers & Funperks Users and Social Media Contests.

  • Complimentary Phillyfunguide editorial.

  • Complimentary Strategy Session:

    • A member of the Phillyfunguide team will come to your office to help you strategize your promotional plan with Phillyfunguide.

    • You will get consulting on the best strategies to sell the most full price & Funsavers tickets and how to increase your consumer engagement using all of  Phillyfunguide's resources & tools.
