The Manager, Capital Projects will support the Sr Director, Operations in the oversight of all capital projects at the museum including pre-planning, construction management, vendor management and as a liaison between the museum and professional project management firms and/or owners representative firms contracted by the museum. A capital project is defined as one spanning more than four (4) months or costs more than $250,000. The Manager, Capital Projects, will interact with and provide support to the Manager, Engineers and the Manager, Custodial Services as needed.
