Summary: 

The Operations Support team is an integral part of the daily operations and functions of the Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts which is comprised of 4 buildings housing multiple performance, office, and ancillary spaces. The Ops Support role is an entry level position providing physical labor to support our front of house spaces for daily activities, rentals, and performances in all the buildings.

Darlington Arts Center (DAC) was founded in 1978 on the unique vision of including all four arts disciplines–music, visual arts, dance, and drama– in one space with an emphasis on multi-disciplinary programming. DAC has served the Delaware and Chester counties and Delaware State communities for over 40 years by fostering programs that provide possibilities and opportunities through the exploration of multi-disciplinary arts. The Audience Services Associate is responsible for providing superlative customer service to all guests by adhering to the Mission, Vision and Values of Ensemble Arts Philly. 

The Chief Executive Officer and Producing Director (CEO & PD) will drive the organization’s next level of growth through a strategic evolution that enhances FringeArts’ impact and reach. The CEO & PD will serve as the ambassador for the organization locally, nationally, and internationally and will passionately articulate its vision of elevating Philadelphia as a primary nexus for cultural conversation, progressive ideas, and innovative performance art creation.
