The Graphic Design Intern will provide promotional support to the Marketing & Communications department by developing and maintaining the visual identity of FringeArts. Working collaboratively with the Marketing & Communications team, they will be provided a great deal of creative freedom in developing promotional materials for both print and digital marketing.

The Financial Arts Management Intern will work with the Finance Director and the Finance Associate on the daily bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative needs of the organization.

Responsibilities may include: assist with financial management operations; learn accounting software; assist with accounts payable, account reconciliation, credit card purchases, and petty cash processing; help update budgeting & forecasting spreadsheets; assist with HR paperwork; and scanning and filing vendor documents.

Position Summary:
The Audience Service/Box Office/ Front of House (FOH) Manager maintains the daily operations of The John and Joan Mullen Center for the Performing Arts box office and front of house duties.

Under the supervision of the Director of Development and Communications, the part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator schedules, coordinates, and executes all aspects of Pig Iron Theatre Company’s digital marketing and social media campaigns, including managing email communications, social media presence, and other online marketing efforts. Theatre Philadelphia is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the leader and chief administrative officer of a $400,000 organization.  The Executive Director (ED) acts as both the day-to-day manager of the work and the public face of the organization. The ED is the lead fundraiser and strategist, working with two staff members, a board of directors, and over 100 volunteers to develop and achieve the organization’s goals. Duties include crafting a strategic plan, prospecting and managing institutional and individual funder relationships, building connections with the leadership of our theatre community, managing finances, and serving as producer for the Barrymore Awards Ceremony and Celebration. The ED must be equal parts community organizer, administrator, entrepreneurial executive, and enthusiastic spokesperson.
