Upper Dublin Public Library (UDPL) is seeking a creative and collaborative Programming Assistant to deliver engaging, inspiring enrichment opportunities. This limited-term (with potential for extension or renewal), part-time position (22–25 hours per week), including periodic night and weekend hours, begins immediately.

As a member of the Library’s Community Engagement Team, this Programming Assistant position supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of programs primarily for adults, while providing secondary support for programs serving general audiences, families, and children. A key focus of this role is supporting UDPL’s highly successful Adult Discovery & Learning series, offered three seasons per year with four- to six-week courses on topics such as history, current events, art, music, and performance. This flagship program draws approximately 750 attendees annually and is central to the Library’s adult education mission.

Other responsibilities may include supporting high-profile bestselling author events, which connect readers with writers and contributing to a wide range of hands-on learning opportunities, including programs in fabric arts, science, technology, and other creative and educational disciplines. Alongside programming, the role actively engages in partnership building and community outreach to expand the Library’s reach and impact.

Part-Time Film Projectionist

BMFI is seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Film Projectionist to join our theater operations team. Reporting to the Director of Theater Operations, the Film Projectionist ensures the highest presentation standards for both film and digital screenings. The Apprenticeship Program was created in the winter of 2022 with the goal of creating a pathway for individuals interested in pursuing a career as a Teaching Artist. We provide an intensive training experience which equips young musicians with the skills and experiences needed to succeed as Teaching Artists. The Wharton Esherick Museum (WEM) seeks a Manager of Visitor Experience & Interpretation to manage our tour programs and advance the visitor experience across all aspects of museum engagement. This position combines hands-on interpretive work with the management of visitor services and educational programming. The Manager of Visitor Experience and Interpretation will lead tours of the museum complex and will manage the museum’s tour program, including overseeing the online reservation system and assisting the public with making reservations.

As part of WEM’s small, collaborative team, the Manager of Visitor Experience and Interpretation will work closely with staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality tours and programs, oversee daily visitor operations, and contribute to the continued development of interpretive and educational initiatives during an exciting time of institutional growth.
