We are seeking a Choral Operations Assistant at Philadelphia Youth Choral Ensembles (PYCE) to provide support for the singers and conductors of PYCE at our Chestnut Hill branch.

The Choral Operations Assistant fosters a safe, inclusive, and professional environment where singers can achieve their musical and artistic potential. The Choral Operations Assistant will help manage drop off and pick up at rehearsals and performances, and assist directors in preparations for rehearsals and offsite performances; as well as assist directors with logistical needs for performances and tours. They also will provide administrative support by helping families with tuition payments, questions, and attendance needs.  Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for the position.

Primary Function: The Venue Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of selling and executing events across the Barnes’s event spaces. In addition to excellent client customer service, the Manager must maintain productive and collegial working relationships across the institution to support event execution. The manager is responsible for assisting in achieving budgeted net revenue goals. The manager must maintain productive and collegial working relationships with A/V, facilities, collections, education, Guest and Protection Services, advancement, and membership departments.

The Wilma Theater is seeking an enthusiastic, personable and customer-focused Audience Engagement Manager to ensure our patrons enjoy exceptional experiences both in-person and online. This dynamic role combines front-of-house management and digital content creation, making it ideal for someone passionate about theater and audience engagement. This person should have a detailed view of our customers’ experience from every angle and how we can improve it. 

Position Summary

The Ticketing and Data Associate (Tessitura) reports to the Audience Engagement Manager and Marketing and Design Manager.  

The Ticketing and Data Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to The Wilma Theater’s guests and is the in-house Tessitura expert in Marketing and Front of House assisting the Marketing Department with list-building, reporting and other tasks that support outreach to our base of current, past, and potential patrons.

Development and Studio Administrator

The Development and Studio Administrator will work closely with and report to the Director of Development and the Associate Director. This integral role supports InLiquid's fundraising efforts with individuals, foundations, corporations, and government entities to advance the organization's mission. The role is full-time, in-person days and occasional evening and weekend event attendance.
