The Arts Administration Intern will work closely with the Managing Director to support the financial and administrative operations of the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in nonprofit arts administration, including budgeting, finance, human resources, facilities, and compliance. 

Responsibilities:

The Associate Production Manager will play a key role in assisting with the proficient and efficient execution of all production elements of Temple Performing Arts Center, ensuring the highest industry standards are met in the areas of audio, lighting, visual technology/video production and delivery, and customer service.

The Artistic Director of Theatre Horizon is responsible for achieving the organization's artistic objectives by leading, overseeing, developing, and implementing the vision, concept, and execution of its theatrical productions.

In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Artistic Director will also strengthen Theatre Horizon’s relationships with local, regional, and national organizations, including community groups, businesses, donors, foundations, and arts organizations.

Wolf Performing Arts Center (Wolf PAC) is a non-profit theater dedicated to enriching the lives of young people through learning, creating and experiencing theatre. Wolf PAC is looking for a motivated and efficient Administrative Assistant for our ten-week summer camp.

Camp runs Monday through Friday from June 15-August 28. This position has a start date of June 8 for onboarding and prep work. Hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm each day. Rate is $20/hr.

This position is responsible for protecting, safeguarding, and securing assets, staff, patrons, and all visitors at Ensemble Arts Philly while under the direct supervision of a Security Supervisor or Security Manager. The officer also engages with the public, artists, staff, and guests, supporting their experiences and meeting their objectives through customer service at a high level.

Summary:
The Audience Services Associate is responsible for providing superlative customer service to all guests by adhering to the Mission, Vision and Values of Ensemble Arts Philly. 

The Production Intern will participate in load-ins, load-outs, and running of shows and events on the mainstage as well as in the studio, restaurant, and biergarten. They will also aid the Production department with administrative and maintenance tasks.

This position is available for the Spring 2026 Term with an ASAP start date.

Seeking Teaching Artists: The Creative Living Room (TCLR), established in 2008, recently merged with The Park Avenue Community Center (The PAC Center) to oversee all the children, youth and family programs, including their award-winning summer camp program for kids and youth.

The Strides Collective, a non-profit queer theatre company in Philadelphia, is seeking applicants for a Marketing and Social Media Manager.  The position will work closely with the Artistic Director and Administrative Director, providing oversight for the Collective’s marketing plan, in addition to running Collective social media accounts. 

Noteworthy Philadelphia is seeking a Visual Performance Coordinator to shape the stage presence and movement of our dynamic vocal ensemble. This role is ideal for an early-career creative or recent graduate eager to develop leadership experience in movement direction, staging, and performance aesthetics. You'll work closely with the executive team to enhance live performances and music videos, from expressive stage presence to full choreography for select pieces. This is a volunteer position with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role over time. Must be able to sing and join the group as a performing member.
