Creative PHL seeks a full-time Creative Partnerships Manager to support its mission to provide equitable access to the arts and opportunities for artists and cultural organizations. The Creative Partnerships Manager builds and manages external relationships with artists, creative entrepreneurs, cultural organizations, funders, and civic partners to foster strategic collaborations that elevate the cultural life of Philadelphia. This role strengthens Creative PHL’s mission to expand equitable access to the arts through creative program development, resource-building, and long-term partnerships. The Manager oversees initiatives that blend community engagement, cultural programming, and cross-sector collaboration, including Philly Celebrates Jazz, and the Illuminate the Arts Grant. In addition, the Manager will collaborate with City departments and agencies to align partnership efforts with broader municipal goals, ensuring that arts and culture are integrated into citywide strategies for community development, public engagement, and equitable resource distribution.

The Wharton Esherick Museum (WEM) seeks a Manager of Visitor Experience & Interpretation to manage our tour programs and advance the visitor experience across all aspects of museum engagement. This position combines hands-on interpretive work with the management of visitor services and educational programming. The Manager of Visitor Experience and Interpretation will lead tours of the museum complex and will manage the museum’s tour program, including overseeing the online reservation system and assisting the public with making reservations.

As part of WEM’s small, collaborative team, the Manager of Visitor Experience and Interpretation will work closely with staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality tours and programs, oversee daily visitor operations, and contribute to the continued development of interpretive and educational initiatives during an exciting time of institutional growth.

WXPN, the public media service at the University of Pennsylvania, is looking for a Digital Content Editor who will play a central role in how WXPN shows up online and connects with listeners. The editor’s work will help strengthen the station’s relationship with Philadelphia’s music community and bring our audience closer to the artists and stories that matter to them.

The Digital Content Editor will manage XPN’s day-to-day web publishing and social media, covering Philadelphia’s music scene and the national artists who matter to our audience. They will write daily stories, edit in-house and freelance contributions, work with photographers, create social content, and help produce our newsletters, while keeping XPN’s voice consistent across platforms.

The ideal candidate is a versatile editor with a deep understanding of Philadelphia’s music scene and strong digital publishing skills. They can turn around copy on deadline while also thinking strategically about long-term coverage goals and audience engagement. They shape and maintain our editorial calendar, identify emerging news and trends worth covering, and set priorities that align digital content with station programming.
