Girls First is currently seeking a Dance Teaching Artist for our Outreach afterschool programming in Chester on Thursdays between the hours of 3:30-5:30pm. Lessons are in-person at our Outreach partner locations.

Librarian/Cataloguer Intern (Unpaid)
10 weeks, 10 hours per week (flexible)
Position Description: The Museum for Art in Wood in Philadelphia, PA, is looking for a part-time Librarian/Cataloguer Intern to catalogue new acquisitions of books. This will include inputting associated data into the PastPerfect collections management database as well as organizing, labeling, and shelving (also re-shelving as-needed) material in alphabetical and numerical order. If time allows, the Intern will use an existing inventory of books to identify duplicates within the collection and document condition issues.
The intern will perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving library material up to 30 pounds and will also be expected to use a computer for extended periods of time to catalogue using Excel and the PastPerfect collections management database.

Choir Teaching Artist
We are seeking a passionate, committed Choir Teaching Artist for the upcoming school year at our Music Centers located in West Philadelphia. This person will lead choral classes while working on repertoire, strengthening aural skills, and encouraging musicianship that ultimately supports students’ progress on their instruments and orchestral growth.
