The Kaleidoscope Preschool at Settlement Music School is issuing this RFP to retain an experienced Project Manager to coordinate the various operational aspects of KWEST Arts, which is process of developing a digital, widely accessible, scalable, research based, arts-integrated, pre-school methodology that will be made available for market.  This contract will be awarded as soon as possible, with work to begin as early as March of 2022.

The Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance was founded in 1972 and is one of the nation’s best-known and most effective arts service organizations. We operate in five counties surrounding Philadelphia and also serve southern New Jersey and Northern Delaware as part of our metropolitan region.  We have over 450 nonprofit and for-profit members, but the Alliance serves the entire cultural sector – over 1,500 performing arts, visual arts, history, science, horticulture, arts education, community art centers, and other cultural organizations.

As Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the School Director in a fast-paced and energetic environment to organize class schedules & student billing, settle issues for faculty and clientele, organize fundraising events, organize and oversee student & faculty concert events, special events, and scholarship auditions, create flyers, posters, and newsletters, and update the NBS website and promotional materials.

Essential Functions:

Registration and invoicing of all current and incoming students. Update as needed

Position Summary

Part Time Group Facilitators are responsible for working with their supervisors to develop and implement lesson plans for elementary, middle or high school aged youth. Lesson plans will concentrate on language arts, math, science, political science, health, arts, recreation, and life skills. Group Facilitators are responsible for facilitating classes and helping program participants with homework.
