The Nelly Berman School of Music in Haverford, PA is seeking a dedicated part-time Administrative Assistant, who will work closely with the School Director in a fast-paced and energetic environment to help manage class schedules, student billing, settling issues for faculty and clientele, helping to organize events and student/faculty concerts, and updating the school website and promotional materials. The applicant should have strong computer skills and interest in promoting quality music education.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing Theatre Exile’s social media strategy and managing the organization's community relationships. The MM reports to the Director of Operations and works closely with all departments, outside designers, and marketing professionals to ensure messaging consistency with overall marketing goals.The job responsibilities include:

Social Media:

Develop engaging content for all of Exile’s programs and events across multiple social media platforms

Manage content calendars and scheduling for consistent posting
