United Fabrics - Sampling Product Assistant

Westphal College of Media Arts & Design seeks a creative, ambitious, and strategic individual to lead its Office of Communications and Events. The Director of Communications and Events, aligning with Westphal’s strategic planning process, will play a critical role in elevating Westphal's presence through a visual and narrative identity that communicates its unique value, strengthens community and industry relations, and serves as a foundation for improved internal and external communications.

The Membership Coordinator plays an integral role in delivering high value to our members. As a member of a team, this individual’s management and coordination of operational activities is vital to the execution of programs, initiatives, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and highly organized, customer-focused and has the aptitude to work as part of a strong team, maintaining a positive and constructive attitude.

Essential Functions

Walnut Street Theatre, America's Oldest Theatre, seeks a Communications and Audience Engagement Manager.

The Artistic Programming Intern will assist the Programming Department in meeting the individual and logistical needs of presented and independent artists.

Responsibilities may include: Data entry, scheduling assistance, helping with building maintenance and general upkeep issues, coordinate and follow up with facility needs. Fielding ticket and membership inquiry calls; assisting with front of house operations at venues; coordinating volunteers for events; other administrative support as needed.

The Marketing Intern will provide promotional support for the Marketing & Communications department by engaging new and existing audiences.  Working collaboratively with the Marketing & Communications team, they will develop and implement strategies to sell tickets, provide resources for patrons, and increase accessibility to all members of the public.

The Social Media Coordinator works closely with the Communications, Development, Program, and Community Engagement teams. This position is pivotal in delivering POBS’ online “voice” and broadening our brand’s reach and engagement across channels. This person will be responsible for planning creative campaigns that promote POBS educational programming and fundraising efforts.
