Fundamental to this position is taking initiative to assist the Executive Director with her responsibilities, working proactively, and balancing multiple tasks. In addition, the Assistant to the Director will provide varied support for multiple departments and the Board of Trustees. The ideal candidate has proven administrative skills and a strong work ethic. Exceptional organization abilities, attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Institutional Giving Coordinator
The Institutional Giving Coordinator will support the Museum of the American Revolution’s fundraising efforts by working closely with the Director of Development for Institutional Giving, Corporate Partnerships Manager, and Grants Officer to support the Museum’s strategic efforts to secure contributed revenue. The Institutional Giving Coordinator is also a primary liaison to ensure that the Development team is working in tandem with operations, marketing, education, and curatorial teams to support the Museum’s goals.

Program Director
The Program Director of the Community Arts Center reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for developing and coordinating the programs of the Community Arts Center in support of the Arts Center’s mission and in coordination and cooperation with the Executive Director.
Who we are seeking:
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed professional who is comfortable managing multiple programs simultaneously with efficiency in a fast paced environment. The following skills and attributes are essential:
- Excellent communication and writing skills as well as a strong attention to detail
- Ability to establish and navigate relationships with a large number of teaching artists.
- Prior experience planning programs
- Possessing an understanding of the various media within the visual arts
- Ability to effectively and efficiently utilize an online registration system. (Training will be provided.)
Summer Camp Visual Arts Teaching Artist
Darlington Arts Center (DAC) was founded in 1978 on the unique vision of including all four arts disciplines–music, visual arts, dance, and drama– in one space with an emphasis on multi-disciplinary programming. DAC has served the Delaware and Chester counties and Delaware State communities for over 40 years by fostering programs that provide possibilities and opportunities through the exploration of multi-disciplinary arts. DAC is committed to building, preserving and growing with the community we serve and the community of teaching artists.
