Vendor Coordinator

The Vendor Coordinator will help plan and supervise vendor logistics for the 14th West Park Arts Fest to take place Saturday June 11th in West Fairmount Park.  We expect 50 vendors (handmade, direct seller, food, corporate, and nonprofit organzations).

Coordinator responsibilities include:
- Record vendor submissions and conduct follow up communication
- create a system for vendor load-in and load-out
- create and send email communications with vendor load-in instructions and parking 
- placement of vendors (marking off and numbering vendor spaces)
- supervise volunteers assisting vendor load-in
- be a support to the vendors during the event answering questions and providing facitlity and program information 

This fee pay position is estimated to be 30 hours of work starting immediately through event and wrap up the week of June 13.
