Position Overview

Main Line Art Center seeks a knowledgeable Ceramics Program Coordinator to maintain the studios and equipment, load and fire kilns, mix glazes, and to provide support to Teaching Artists and students.

Position: Executive/Personal Assistant to semi-retired Businessman and Executive Director (Part-Time) Location: Philadelphia Art Museum Area (Philadelphia, PA) 

Schedule: 15-20 hours/week, Monday through Wednesday, Must be available Mondays. Flexible hours but with 10am start, at least on Mondays.

A semi-retired businessman and his wife, the Executive Director of a nonprofit, seek a highly organized and proactive Assistant. The role involves supporting both in personal and professional aspects. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, diplomatic, discreet, tech-savvy, and passionate about arts and culture. A caring attitude and positive outlook are essential.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and producing custom designs under the Barnes brand.

This position provides executive administrative support to the Neubauer Family Executive Director and President and Board of Trustees, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies pertaining to this office. This role also acts as the liaison to the Board of Trustees and senior management team; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

ArtPhilly is seeking a caring, outgoing, race and gender equity-oriented individuals to join our team as part-time Docents for ArtPhilly’s commissioned project Iron and Paper: Unfolding Philadelphia’s Chinatown by artist Colette Fu. This is a temporary, part-time position.

Quintessence Theatre, now in its 16th season of producing epic, classic theatre in Northwest Philadelphia, seeks an experienced, strategic and mission-driven Director of Development to join our team.  In 2024, Quintessence purchased its longtime home, the historic Sedgwick Theater on Germantown Avenue, and is embarking on an ambitious renovation project and Capital Campaign to create a performing arts center for its community. The Director of Development leads Quintessence Theatre Group’s capital campaign while driving sustained growth in major gift revenue. This role focuses primarily on campaign strategy, major donor cultivation and solicitation, and long-term relationship management. The Director of Development supervises the Associate Director of Development, who leads annual fund efforts, and works collaboratively to ensure strong alignment between campaign and annual giving initiatives.

Working closely with the Executive Director, Producing Artistic Director, Board of Directors, Campaign Committee, and Development Committee, the Director of Development plays a central leadership role in advancing the Campaign for Quintessence at the Sedgwick and strengthening the organization’s culture of philanthropy.

Position Type: Seasonal, Full-Time (June 1, 2026 - November 13, 2026)

Pay Range: $33,000 for 5.5 month period
