The Managing Director is responsible for generating, directing and supervising day-to-day administrative duties and overseeing financial management, strategic planning, and community relations. The Managing Director is an important part of our organization’s culture and should be familiar with related tasks of such a role in order to operate both collaboratively and independently. They will work closely with the Artistic Director to bring PWTF's vision to life.

The Assistant Director of Group Sales will oversee strategy, planning, and execution of The Franklin Institute’s Contact Center, with a primary focus on Group Sales. This position will lead the daily operation of the Contact Center, which is TFI’s hub for guest communication and advance ticket sales, as well as managing and reporting the Admission Department’s funds. This is a critical role at The Franklin Institute that establishes the TFI customer experience by creating a culture of best-in-class pre- and post-visit service.

The Program Manager analyzes, brainstorms, and builds frameworks around accessible arts programming ideas for Art-Reach’s Consulting Team. This position is grant funded through December 31, 2026. Working closely with the Consulting Team, the Program Manager examines client programming and provides frameworks and plans for how to adapt existing programs for our partners so that they are more accessible.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Executive Director (ED) leads the execution of The Jazz Bridge Project mission. This includes program oversight, financial and personnel management, with a strong focus on identifying and securing funding to drive revenue growth and long-term sustainability. The ED works closely with the Board, Staff, Volunteers, and Committees to expand funding sources, elevate Jazz Bridge’s brand, broaden its reach, and strengthen community partnerships.

The Program Manager collects, organizes, maintains, and reports on all types of data collected for Art-Reach’s Consulting Team. This position is grant funded through December 31, 2026. Working closely with the Consulting Team, the Program Manager compiles data focused assessments for cultural organizations

The Program Manager of Cultural Arts is responsible for supporting the mission of SpArc Services by working alongside the program manager and director, CPS Day Program to develop and manage all aspects of the cultural arts programming, including successful implementation of community events, expanding partnerships, and enhanced programming.
