The Youth Art Program Coordinater is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating Wayne Art Center’s high-quality, arts educational programs for children and teens. The Manager, Data & Analytics leads management of PTM data systems throughout the Museum. They are accountable to the highest level of confidentiality. Responsible for ALTRU database as it relates to all departments, including admissions/ticketing, membership, fundraising, events, workshops, classes, revenue tracking and financial reconciliation. Serves as manager/leader giving guidance to all departments as they utilize databases. Primary Function: The Digital Asset Management Specialist serves as an administrator for the digital asset management system (DAMS), overseeing the organization and usage of the institution's media assets. The Specialist works across departments to train key staff in using the technology and, ensures that the Foundation’s digital assets, including incoming photography by external photographers, are properly organized and described within the system. 

The Assistant Manager, Group Sales will be responsible for maintaining and generating school, youth, camp, affinity, corporate, adult, and tour and travel group experiences at the Museum.  This position will act as a representative of the Museum to these groups and support the Museums commitment to provide excellent customer service and operational support to deliver outstanding Museum experiences.
