The Community Liaison is the community organizer for the virtual Equal Justice Center (EJC)
project, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the people of Philadelphia to ensure
community voices are a driving force in the design process, as well as during development,
implementation, and beyond. The role is responsible for organizing and executing community events,
attending local meetings, and networking functions, and promoting the virtual EJC project. The ideal
candidate will be outgoing, organized, have a deep understanding of the communities to be served, and
the ability to effectively communicate EJC’s message to many audiences. The Community Liaison’s work
hours will be flexible and may require attending community events on nights and weekends.
