Staff Accountant

The Museum is seeking a Staff Accountant reporting to the Accounting Manager.  This position is responsible for maintaining and processing weekly accounts payable and associated reports and entries, processing, verification and reconciliation of daily sales, and other general accounting duties.  Candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience working in a general accounting or accounts payable environment.  Must possess a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The Doing Good Co-Teacher role is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are in the early stages of their teaching career and or want to gain hands on teaching experience. 

The Doing Good Co-Teacher supports students at each stage of the Doing Good program. The Co-Teacher ensures all students meet attendance and program requirements including the implementation and completion of their group’s service-learning project. You will work as part of a team that includes other teachers and mentors, and the Manager of Programs and Student engagement on preparing and executing program content and lesson plans. POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for daily systems operations of the building including repairs and/or replacement of various building-related mechanical, electrical, plumbing, control systems, air handling units, and heat exchangers. Receives and responds to service calls, takes immediate action to resolve emergency situations and system breakdowns. Manages and monitors HVAC controls, emergency systems (e.g., fire, smoke, security), lighting systems, electrical, and plumbing.
