The Program Operations Manager is a central operational role within Fleisher’s Education Department, ensuring the smooth daily delivery of classes, events, and student-facing services. Managing the Visitor Services team and supporting faculty, students, and models, this role coordinates the key logistical, administrative, and customer service functions that keep Fleisher’s programs running effectively. Serving as a primary point of contact for operational needs, the Program Operations Manager oversees scheduling, studio and classroom readiness, supply inventory, model coordination, front desk operations, and cross-department communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven, with strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming, functional, and accessible environment for all members of the Fleisher community.

This role is ideal for an early-career creative or recent graduate eager to develop leadership experience in movement direction, staging, and performance aesthetics. You'll work closely with the executive team to enhance live performances and music videos, from expressive stage presence to full choreography for select pieces. This is a volunteer position with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role over time. Must be able to sing and join the group as a performing member.

The Coordinator is an hourly part-time position and works collaboratively with the Director of the Kardon Center to be a resource to Kardon Center arts therapists, for program development, and for administrative management of the program. We are seeking a Coordinator who will also work clinically as a music or visual arts therapist in the program with a focus on serving our Medicaid clients. The Coordinator reports to the Chief Academic Officer and the Kardon Center for Arts Therapy Director and works closely with all Program Staff.

Spiral Q is seeking a part-time or full-time Partnership & Program Manager to join our small staff team from February-July 31st 2026, with the hope of extending this position pending funding. The person in this role is energized by working in and building relationships with a variety of community spaces (such as public schools, community centers and libraries) and their extended networks such as principals, site coordinators, teachers, parents/guardians, and students. With an eye for detail, an understanding of program management, and a passion for working with youth, this person is comfortable moving between tasks and collaborating across different departments working iteratively and collaboratively. This role will largely consist of program administration for Spiral Q’s SparQ youth arts education program is supported by and reports to the Partnerships & Program Director.
