Upper Dublin Public Library (UDPL) is seeking a creative and collaborative Programming Assistant to deliver engaging, inspiring enrichment opportunities. This limited-term (with potential for extension or renewal), part-time position (22–25 hours per week), including periodic night and weekend hours, begins immediately.

As a member of the Library’s Community Engagement Team, this Programming Assistant position supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of programs primarily for adults, while providing secondary support for programs serving general audiences, families, and children. A key focus of this role is supporting UDPL’s highly successful Adult Discovery & Learning series, offered three seasons per year with four- to six-week courses on topics such as history, current events, art, music, and performance. This flagship program draws approximately 750 attendees annually and is central to the Library’s adult education mission.

Other responsibilities may include supporting high-profile bestselling author events, which connect readers with writers and contributing to a wide range of hands-on learning opportunities, including programs in fabric arts, science, technology, and other creative and educational disciplines. Alongside programming, the role actively engages in partnership building and community outreach to expand the Library’s reach and impact.

The Production Intern will participate in load-ins, load-outs, and running of shows and events on the mainstage as well as in the studio, restaurant, and biergarten. They will also aid the Production department with administrative and maintenance tasks.

This position is available for the Spring 2026 Term with an ASAP start date.

The Programming Intern will assist the Programming Department in meeting the individual and logistical needs of presented and independent artists. This position is ideal for someone with experience in events programming and artist relations, with an interest in contemporary live art on a local and international scale. The Programming Intern often interfaces with artists and as such a knowledge of and curiosity about contemporary performance across the genres of dance, theater, music, comedy, cabaret, and circus is essential.

Seeking Summer Camp Manager (2 positions) - Now in our 17th summer, The Creative Living Room Summer Camp are weekly-themed creative camps immerses kids ages 5 -12 and youth ages 11-15 in imagination, fantasy, adventure and crafty skill-building. Our programs are designed and led by professional teaching artists and supported by teen assistants and volunteer counselors-in-training and a dedicated full-time Summer Camp Manager. DCYOs seeks an energetic and self-motivated Director of Operations (DO). Reporting to the Executive Artistic Director and the Board, the DO is responsible for the overall management of the operations and logistics of the organization. This part time role averages 10-15 hours per week, with the bulk of activities during September to May and reduced hours in June to August. Most tasks can be completed  remotely with flexible scheduling. Compensation is $20-23 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The Program Operations Manager is a central operational role within Fleisher’s Education Department, ensuring the smooth daily delivery of classes, events, and student-facing services. Managing the Visitor Services team and supporting faculty, students, and models, this role coordinates the key logistical, administrative, and customer service functions that keep Fleisher’s programs running effectively. Serving as a primary point of contact for operational needs, the Program Operations Manager oversees scheduling, studio and classroom readiness, supply inventory, model coordination, front desk operations, and cross-department communication.
