University City Arts League seeks a proactive, communicative and organized individual to fulfill the role of Development & Operations Associate. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development & Operations Associate is responsible for supporting organization leadership in all aspects of fundraising, donor relations and event planning. 

The Vendor Coordinator will help plan and supervise vendor logistics for the 14th West Park Arts Fest to take place Saturday June 11th in West Fairmount Park.  We expect 50 vendors (handmade, direct seller, food, corporate, and nonprofit organzations).

Arts Ed NJ is seeking an experienced professional to serve as its Executive Director. This leadership position provides the unique opportunity to bring people and organizations together and cultivate inclusive engagement to ensure equitable arts education across the state through the Arts Ed Now public campaign. 

As Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the School Director in a fast-paced and energetic environment to organize class schedules & student billing, settle issues for faculty and clientele, organize fundraising events, organize and oversee student & faculty concert events, special events, and scholarship auditions, create flyers, posters, and newsletters, and update the NBS website and promotional materials.

Essential Functions:

Registration and invoicing of all current and incoming students. Update as needed

Position Summary

Part Time Group Facilitators are responsible for working with their supervisors to develop and implement lesson plans for elementary, middle or high school aged youth. Lesson plans will concentrate on language arts, math, science, political science, health, arts, recreation, and life skills. Group Facilitators are responsible for facilitating classes and helping program participants with homework.

The Executive Director is responsible for University City Arts League (UCAL) daily operations, staff, programming, fundraising, public relations, and mission implementation. They will provide the leadership to drive this vibrant organization into its next phase of growth while working collaboratively with a committed Board of Directors, a full-time and part-time staff, a faculty of teaching artists, volunteers, and external partners. 

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker dedicated to arts education, arts advocacy, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the arts.
