The Individual Giving Manager plays a key role in advancing Fleisher’s fundraising and engagement strategy by cultivating a thriving community of supporters through both individual philanthropy and membership. This position will design and implement strategies to expand Fleisher’s base of support, deepen donor and member engagement, and increase unrestricted and programmatic revenue through annual giving, mid-level and major giving, and membership growth.

The Youth Art Program Coordinater is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating Wayne Art Center’s high-quality, arts educational programs for children and teens. Serving as a passionate advocate of the arts, the Youth Program Coordinator carries out age-appropriate programs that provide arts enrichment, foster creativity and self-expression, and ignite a life-long love of art for youth in our community.

The Manager, Data & Analytics leads management of PTM data systems throughout the Museum. They are accountable to the highest level of confidentiality. Responsible for ALTRU database as it relates to all departments, including admissions/ticketing, membership, fundraising, events, workshops, classes, revenue tracking and financial reconciliation. Serves as manager/leader giving guidance to all departments as they utilize databases. Develops and maintains quality controls and continuity, establishes processes and sets standards of use and protocols for all users.

Reporting to the Director of Safety and Security, this role is responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees, visitors, property, and Museum assets. The Manager, Safety & Security, will oversee the daily safety and security operations while maintaining the highest standards of service.  Lead and manage the Security Team. Receives and responds to security and/or safety calls and takes immediate action to resolve emergency situations. 

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES 

The Arts League is looking for a full time position managing our grants and donorship and marketing efforts.  

Responsibilities:

• Seek out and nurture grants for specific programs as well as entire operations.
• Coordinate donor campaigns and maintain donor relationships through an online database.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns supporting specific programs as well as the entire operation.

❖ Supply clearances to work within the Philadelphia School District.

❖ Attend PAEP professional development offerings.

Site & Times:

The Assistant Manager, Group Sales will be responsible for maintaining and generating school, youth, camp, affinity, corporate, adult, and tour and travel group experiences at the Museum.  This position will act as a representative of the Museum to these groups and support the Museums commitment to provide excellent customer service and operational support to deliver outstanding Museum experiences.

Leadership Responsibilities:

The Director of Marketing and Communications is a strategic leader who shapes and advances Fleisher Art Memorial’s public presence, brand identity, and audience engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a bold, integrated marketing and communications strategy that strengthens Fleisher’s reputation as a leader in community-based art education and ensures its programs are visible and accessible to the widest possible audiences.

Visitor Experience Assistants (VEAs) welcome visitors to the Museum and engage with children and families in the exhibits, facilitating positive play-based learning experiences. Visitor Experience Assistants provide customer service throughout the Museum floor through their knowledge of daily programming, Museum exhibits, ticketing/membership offerings, and wayfinding.

The Operations Manager at the LEDC oversees Utility Works (a co-working and maker facility), manages external communications, handles accounts payable/receivable, and provides general support to the Executive Director. This role requires energy, attention to detail, community orientation, and a good sense of humor when working with the public.

Key qualifications include:

• Strong arts/graphic design background
• Comfort with major social media platforms
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Experience with small businesses and/or artists (preferred)
