Fine Art Warehouse Technician / Art Handler

Delaware Freeport (DFP) is a rapidly expanding storage company based in Newark, DE. Now with new on-site management, we are seeking candidates to join our warehouse team. Ideal candidates are team-oriented and have some fine art handling experience.

Responsibilities:

· Storage warehouse registration and organization

· Trailer, truck, and container loading/offloading and receiving/releasing

· Proper completion of Bill of Ladings, labeling, and similar paperwork

· Art handling, packing, installation

· Condition inspection, photo and documentation

Requirements:

· Excellent communication, and team-driven attitude

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

· Previous experience and knowledge of handling, packing and installing fine art

· Forklift experience also a plus.

· Physical requirements are the job include lifting objects in excess of 50 pounds and moving objects 150 pounds plus using dollies and jacks. Must be able to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
