Creative Philadelphia (formerly the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Arts, Culture, and the Creative Economy) and Rebuild announce a competition to commission site-specific, permanent, public artworks to be installed at Francis J. Myers Recreation Center (5801 Kingsessing Ave), which is located in the Kingsessing neighborhood of Southwest Philadelphia.
Facility Maintenance Technician - Part Time
Woodmere Art Museum is located in Chestnut Hill and its buildings include Smith Hall, a historic mansion with galleries and offices (20,000 sq. ft.), a second residential building used for storage and back-of-house activities (4,000 sq. ft.), an art studio (2,000 sq. ft.), and a fourth property, Maguire Hall (17,000 sq. ft.), that will feature 14 galleries and 4 acres of gardens, opening this Fall 2025.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to be trained to understand the Museum’s facilities and operations. A demonstrated passion for the arts, the work of the museums, and/or institutions of public service is preferred.

We are seeking a Choral Operations Assistant at Philadelphia Youth Choral Ensembles (PYCE) to provide support for the singers and conductors of PYCE at our Chestnut Hill branch.
The Choral Operations Assistant fosters a safe, inclusive, and professional environment where singers can achieve their musical and artistic potential. The Choral Operations Assistant will help manage drop off and pick up at rehearsals and performances, and assist directors in preparations for rehearsals and offsite performances; as well as assist directors with logistical needs for performances and tours. They also will provide administrative support by helping families with tuition payments, questions, and attendance needs. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for the position.
