ORGANIZATIONAL SUMMARY:

PHS Meadowbrook Farm is a 21- acre property where visitors can come to enjoy gardens, seasonal plantings, an extremely diverse plant palate and monthly garden tours. Originally the home of J. Liddon Pennock and Alice Herkness Pennock, the property was bequeathed to PHS in 2003. Featuring a diverse variety of gardens, PHS Meadowbrook Farm now welcomes thousands of visitors every year at this free public garden.

Darlington Arts Center (DAC) was founded in 1978 with the unique vision of including all four arts disciplines–music, visual arts, dance, and drama– in one space with an emphasis on multi-disciplinary programming. The Box Office and Call Center Specialist is responsible for serving as the first point of contact with guests to the Barnes Foundation, the Box Office and Call Center Specialist is responsible for consistently providing superior customer service to guests: selling tickets, tours, memberships, classes, and other Barnes programs. The Specialist ensures an efficient and welcoming entry through our ticketing process and a best-in-class experience to every person who interacts with our institution. The Specialist makes the “customer centered” concept a daily reality in all interactions, decisions, and exchanges with guests. The Specialist works both on the phone and in-person, stationed in a call center, at the box office, member desk, or other locations depending on the needs of the day. Specialists use a digital point-of-sale system to process financial transactions and are responsible for accuracy. 

Wolf Performing Arts Center (Wolf PAC) is a non-profit theater dedicated to enriching the lives of young people through learning, creating and experiencing theatre. Wolf PAC is looking for a motivated and efficient Administrative Assistant for our ten-week summer camp.

Camp runs Monday through Friday from June 15-August 28. This position has a start date of June 8 for onboarding and prep work. Hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm each day. Rate is $20/hr.

The Wharton Esherick Museum (WEM) seeks a Manager of Visitor Experience & Interpretation to manage our tour programs and advance the visitor experience across all aspects of museum engagement. This position combines hands-on interpretive work with the management of visitor services and educational programming. The Manager of Visitor Experience and Interpretation will lead tours of the museum complex and will manage the museum’s tour program, including overseeing the online reservation system and assisting the public with making reservations.

As part of WEM’s small, collaborative team, the Manager of Visitor Experience and Interpretation will work closely with staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality tours and programs, oversee daily visitor operations, and contribute to the continued development of interpretive and educational initiatives during an exciting time of institutional growth.
