The Mann Center for the Performing Arts

Manages the month-end closing process to ensure timely financial statement reporting, including reconciliation of all bank and investment accounts.
Produces monthly financial statements, including Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Activities by restriction, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Functional Expenses.
Reviews departmental budget vs. actual reports monthly, identifies and reports variances, and works with appropriate department personnel to ensure compliance.
Produces concert settlements for all shows with outside booking partners.
Updates the net asset roll forward quarterly and books release journal entries.
Assists in preparing quarterly re-forecast reports.
Assists with compiling the annual budget.
Reviews and approves payroll for full-time and seasonal staff.
Special project work may be required from time to time on an ad hoc basis at the request of the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.

Education Level:

Bachelor's Degree. MBA and CPA are a plus.
