Samuel S. Fleisher Art Memorial

Fleisher Art Memorial is seeking a full-time Visitor Services Coordinator to work 35 hours a week to support students, faculty members and visitors at our lobby entrance desks. The Visitor Services Manager serves as a friendly and professional ambassador for Fleisher, exemplifying qualities of reliability, quality customer service, organization, and efficiency to ensure that visitor’s needs are met with promptness and grace. This position has been recently updated to communicate Fleisher’s Community Health guidelines before allowing students and visitors to enter our building.

This position is expected to maintain a front desk presence of Fleisher 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a complex, fast-paced environment is required.
