The National Liberty Museum (NLM) is seeking a full-time Content & Interpretation Assistant. This role is an exciting opportunity to work across exhibitions, programs, and education. ABOUT DRWC and ArtPhilly: DRWC is a nonprofit with a mission to design, develop, program and maintain public amenities along the central Delaware River Waterfront. We aim to transform the waterfront into a vibrant destination for recreational, cultural, and commercial activities for the residents and visitors of Philadelphia. ArtPhilly is a new arts organization creating the citywide, arts festival What Now: 2026. This five week festival throughout Philadelphia is designed to celebrate the nation's 250th anniversary, and will launch on May 27, 2026.

The Museum Facilities Specialist is responsible under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager for providing a first-class experience to the Foundation’s visitors, guests, and employees by maintaining the Foundation’s building and grounds with continual care and maintenance.

The Evaluation Intern will support the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer and Director of Marketing and work closely with the Marketing, Education, and Visitor Engagement departments.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:

Evaluation & Data Collection

Assist with the design and implementation of evaluation tools (e.g., surveys, observation protocols, interview guides).

Coordinate with external evaluation consultants as needed.

Support on-site and/or virtual data collection with visitors, participants, or staff.

Position Description:
The Digital Content Intern will report to the Social Media Manager and support the Communications department to support social media creation and execution and digital marketing needs.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:

Assist the Social Media Manager with content ideation, development, scheduling, and production for organic social media.

Assist in staying up to date on digital trends, including gathering and building content for the Museum’s channels.

The Collections and Exhibitions Department is seeking to hire two currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students, or recent graduates, who will each complete a 15-20 hours per week internship during the summer of 2026. These interns will work collaboratively and each intern will spend one day a week focusing on exhibition development, particularly research and writing, and spend one day a week focusing on museum collections management and preservation. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, strong and concise writers, and will possess excellent organizational skills.

Position Overview

The project director leads the processes and implementation strategies that leverage research, convening and policy engagement strategies to inform and enable Philadelphia policymakers with a focus on concrete policy and program recommendations, and adoption and implementation of those solutions in support of Philadelphia and Philadelphians. The project director brings strong strategic focus to Pew's policy engagement activities, contributing the right mix of outreach, policy research, policy implementation, and Pew's national expertise resulting in actions taken by policymakers, institutional actors and civic and advocacy groups on each of our issue areas. The project director manages and creates growth opportunities for staff, among other duties.

The Morris Arboretum & Gardens of the University of Pennsylvania, located in Chestnut Hill, is looking for an Event/Venue Supervisor to be the on-site manager for evening events during the remainder of the 2026 season.
