Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position plays a central role in shaping WXPN’s presence at station events and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure consistent, well-prepared volunteer support across key initiatives. The Coordinator acts as a frontline steward of the WXPN brand, reinforcing WXPN’s brand presence through staffing, signage, and outreach materials at key events, and also administers the station’s student internship and work-study program.

This position will be working at the Wanamaker Light Show operating the Visitor Center kiosk.

Hours: 11:30 am – 8:30 pm daily.
