Reporting to the Vice President, Touring and Artist Management (VPTAM), the Assistant Director of Curtis on Tour is responsible for managing artist coordination, communication, and preparation; tour advancing and logistics; and post-tour reporting for Curtis on Tour, Curtis’ global touring initiative. The position will travel on assigned tours to serve as the on-site Curtis representative, liaise with presenters and other constituents, and coordinate on-tour logistics.

The Box Office and Call Center Specialist is responsible for serving as the first point of contact with guests to the Barnes Foundation, the Box Office and Call Center Specialist is responsible for consistently providing superior customer service to guests: selling tickets, tours, memberships, classes, and other Barnes programs. The Specialist ensures an efficient and welcoming entry through our ticketing process and a best-in-class experience to every person who interacts with our institution. The Specialist makes the “customer centered” concept a daily reality in all interactions, decisions, and exchanges with guests. The Specialist works both on the phone and in-person, stationed in a call center, at the box office, member desk, or other locations depending on the needs of the day. Specialists use a digital point-of-sale system to process financial transactions and are responsible for accuracy. 

The Digital Asset Management (DAM) Fellow will support the museum’s efforts to organize, preserve, and make accessible its growing body of digital assets. This includes cataloging and standardizing digital files related to the museum’s collections (such as object photography and scans) as well as marketing and communications assets (such as press images, exhibition photography, video, and social media content).

Working under the supervision of the Collections Manager and Registrar as part of the Museum’s Collections and Exhibitions team, the Collections Management Fellow is a temporary, one-year, full-time position to assist with exporting collections records to the Museum’s new CMS database from the Museum’s previous database. The position will work to make database records consistent, following the Museum’s database style guide. The Collections Management Fellow will also enhance the Museum’s digital object files.

The Creative Partnerships Manager builds and manages external relationships with artists, creative entrepreneurs, cultural organizations, funders, and civic partners to foster strategic collaborations that elevate the cultural life of Philadelphia. This role strengthens Creative PHL’s mission to expand equitable access to the arts through creative program development, resource-building, and long-term partnerships. The Manager oversees initiatives that blend community engagement, cultural programming, and cross-sector collaboration, including Philly Celebrates Jazz, and the Illuminate the Arts Grant. In addition, the Manager will collaborate with City departments and agencies to align partnership efforts with broader municipal goals, ensuring that arts and culture are integrated into citywide strategies for community development, public engagement, and equitable resource distribution.

WXPN, the public media service at the University of Pennsylvania, is looking for a Digital Content Editor who will play a central role in how WXPN shows up online and connects with listeners. The editor’s work will help strengthen the station’s relationship with Philadelphia’s music community and bring our audience closer to the artists and stories that matter to them.

The Digital Content Editor will manage XPN’s day-to-day web publishing and social media, covering Philadelphia’s music scene and the national artists who matter to our audience. They will write daily stories, edit in-house and freelance contributions, work with photographers, create social content, and help produce our newsletters, while keeping XPN’s voice consistent across platforms.

The ideal candidate is a versatile editor with a deep understanding of Philadelphia’s music scene and strong digital publishing skills. They can turn around copy on deadline while also thinking strategically about long-term coverage goals and audience engagement. They shape and maintain our editorial calendar, identify emerging news and trends worth covering, and set priorities that align digital content with station programming.
