The Promotion and Outreach Manager works with the Program Staff to promote Scribe Video Center’s programs, including educational workshops, community productions, public screenings and the catalog of media works produced through Scribe programs. Staying in close communication with Scribe’s diverse constituency is the core of the work, so that our programs are useful and used. An excellent writer and communicator, the Manager is focused on increasing, broadening and deepening program participation, as well as making the general public aware of Scribe produced works and programs. The Promotion and Outreach Manager helps develop collaborative relationships, often through in person outreach, with a wide variety of Philadelphia area neighborhood organizations and schools, as well as recruiting program participants to take part in Scribe’s varied programs.

The Doing Good Co-Teaching Artist is a key mentor for students at each stage of the program ensuring that all students meet attendance and program requirements including the implementation and completion of their group’s service-learning project. You will work closely with the Doing Good Lead Teaching Artist including preparing and executing program content and lesson plans. You and the Lead Teaching Artist will work as part of a team that also includes Project 440’s Manager of Programs & Student Engagement and Executive Director. A minimum of two professional development workshops will be required each school year. (Teaching Artists are compensated for professional development activities). Carnegie Hall and Musicopia seek Lullaby Project Teaching Artists for the September 2024- June 2025 season.

The Lullaby Project is a program of Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute and Musicopia, in which teaching artists work alongside parents and caregivers to explore elements of musical play and co-create a personal lullaby for their children. The Lullaby Project generally consists of a 6 session cohort, each cohort running 4-6 weeks, from September to June at Philadelphia partner sites.
