Penn Museum is currently seeking counselors for their Summer Camp program. Penn Museum Anthropology Camp is an eight-week day camp (June 24-August 16, 2024) for children ages 6 to 13. Each week will feature a different theme, such as “Engineering the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World” and “Legends & Lore”.

Positions are seasonal. Counselors will report to the Assistant Director, Family & Camp Programs. Pay rate is $16.25/hour.

EgoPo, now in its 30th season, produces innovative versions of classic plays to create an inclusive canon and provide opportunities for sharing stories across cultural divides.  EgoPo’s themed festival seasons provide audiences with year-long artistic journeys. EgoPo has a $320,000 budget, a 3-person full-time staff, a subscription/membership base of 300 and audience of 3000, and a reputation for ambitious theater-making. EgoPo is at an exciting moment of growth, currently in planning for a new home theater.

The Managing Director leads all Administrative, Development, and Marketing areas for the company, working alongside a full-time Associate Producer, a full-time Management Assistant, and project-based production/artistic staff.  The Managing Director reports directly to the Executive/Artistic Director.

The Manager of STEM Programs is responsible for the vision, planning, and implementation of a roster of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics educational programs, workshops, and experiences that support high-quality learning opportunities for children and families visiting Please Touch Museum. Included in this roster is oversight of the Albert M. Greenfield Makerspace and STEM-based learning experiences within the Museum’s exhibits.  Please Touch Museum’s STEM and early-childhood educational programs are grounded in an inquiry-based, child-centered, investigation driven, and exploratory educational model that focuses on the process over the product and utilizes play-based learning principles.
