This is a new, part-time position, with room for advancement. The Development Coordinator will collaborate with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and "ARTZ Philadelphia Fund for the Future" Campaign Committee to successfully grow ARTZ Philadelphia’s operating budget while implementing our 3-4-year, $500,000 campaign. The primary focus of the role is prospect identification, donor outreach, campaign tracking, campaign event support, and CRM management, with a secondary focus on earned revenue.

Walnut Street Theatre is seeking friendly, customer-focused Ticketing Services Agents to join our team! This part-time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping patrons, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a welcoming, collaborative workplace at America’s Oldest Theatre. $15 per hour. Night and weekend availability preferred.

Position Overview:

 The Temporary Volunteer Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Volunteer Specialist with the Flower Show responsibilities as well as assisting to manage our year-round volunteers and volunteer opportunities and events. This position will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, trainings, communication, data management and retainment of PHS volunteers. This person should be well-organized, outgoing and have strong attention to detail. 

The duration of this position is January 26, 2026 to July 24, 2026.

Assist in generating timely and accurate financial statements for the Barnes.  Provide general accounting customer service to staff.
